Yn sgil yr amseroedd ansicr yma, hoffwn barhau i rannu yoga gyda chi gan wybod y gall y buddiannau meddyliol, emosiynol a chorfforol fod o werth mawr dros y cyfnod anodd sydd i ddod.

Er nad oes dim yn well gen i na dysgu wyneb yn wyneb, mae technoleg yn bont ddefnyddiol rhyngddom ar adeg fel hyn, ac mae system yn barod gen i i gynnig sesiynau dros y we.

Rwyf ar gael ar gyfer sesiynau 1:1 neu grwpiau bach. Os hoffech ddechrau neu barhau i symud, gweithio gyda’ch anadl, myfyrio neu gyfuniad o’r tri, gallaf eich cefnogi i wneud hynny.

Hefyd, os ydych chi’n feichiog ac yn awyddus i ddefnyddio yoga i gefnogi eich iechyd meddwl a chorfforol, ac i baratoi ar gyfer genedigaeth, rwyf yma i’ch cefnogi.

Gwn y gall yr wythnosau a’r misoedd nesaf fod yn gymleth i nifer ohonom ac y gallai arian fod yn brin. Oherwydd hynny, bydd pris sesiynau yn amrywio yn ôl eich gallu i dalu.

Online Yoga

During these uncertain times, I would very much like to continue to support you to access the mental, emotional and physical benefits offered by yoga.

Although there’s nothing that can truly replace face to face teaching, I believe technology can be a useful bridge between us during this time, and I have a system ready to teach individuals and small groups directly via the internet.  

If you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, it would be an honour to support you to begin or develop your self practice. Sessions are tailored to individual needs and would include a combination of breath-work, intelligent movement and deep relaxation.  

If you are pregnant and keen to learn how yoga can support your physical, mental and emotional health during pregnancy, and prepare for birth, I am here to support you. 

I understand that the following weeks and months may well be financially difficult for many of us. Therefore, I am offering these sessions on a trust basis. It is up to you how much or little you pay.

The price of a 1:1 session online is £25.

I will not be discussing or questioning anyone’s payments. All I ask is that you are honest about your ability to pay so that I can support as many people as possible who are experiencing or may be experiencing financial difficulties in the near future. Thank you very much!
